• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message. This does not mean the order has been accepted until it is verified and dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and other secure online payment methods.

• Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

• Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take longer.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed through the same payment method (excluding delivery charges).

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse our website, attempt fraud, or provide false information when placing an order.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring toys are used safely and are suitable for the child’s age.
